Deluxe, 5-star hotel with helpful staff and fast wifi. Cosy deluxe apartment, comfortable beds. Quiet atmosphere and private bathroom. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice setting, close to restaurants and pubs. A lot of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

I recently stayed at Residence Ortigia in Siracusa for a few days. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and just steps away from the sea. The building itself has a charming backyard with plants and a cozy rustic space. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sheets were beautiful. Our host, Francesca, was incredibly kind and helpful, even accommodating our late arrival. I couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Stayed at a lovely aparthotel with air-conditioned rooms near a beautiful beach. Enjoyed renting bikes and cars to explore the area. The garden was a nice addition.
Loved it when they didn't answer my calls or emails about parking options. Clearly, they just don't want to be bothered.

The rooms were quite spacious and clean, and the staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The location was also great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to the main tourist attractions. Another advantage was the free Wi-Fi, which worked fairly well throughout the hotel.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and after a few days, we could hardly rest properly. Another negative point was the poor ventilation, causing a musty smell that never went away.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from a pub that offers great food and drinks, and within walking distance to all major sights that the city has to offer. You'll find everything you need in the surrounding area, from restaurants to shops to bars. The courtyard is stunning and offers a picturesque setting for guests to relax and unwind.
The rooms lack basic items such as power points in convenient locations.

the room was well-equipped with all the amenities that we needed, including a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Another advantage was the festive atmosphere in the area during our Christmas stay, which added to the magical experience in the city.
we found it difficult to navigate to the hotel as parking was a bit of a hassle.
